Yes, all RayNeo hardware includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage or unauthorized modifications.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are RayNeo glasses compatible with prescription lenses?
Yes, our smart glasses are designed to be compatible with prescription inserts. You can have your local optician craft lenses based on the frame template provided in the box.
